Reminders: Please clear snow from around your mailbox. Do not deposit snow in the road from driveway clearing, this is a danger to motorists and pedestrians which can result in damage/ injury for which the homeowner is liable.

‍**NOTE** Tire Drop off has returned, Please bring no more than (4) car or light truck tires to the Highway Garage May 4^th– 7^th 2026 during the hours of 7am and 3pm. NO TRACTOR OR OTR TRUCK TIRES.

**Obstacles on these roads such as animals, trees and branches please reach out to the proper Branch of Government for their pick-up or removal of the hazard.

The Highway Department has (2) MEO’s, Robert Gilbert, Jacob Fontaine and myself. We provide maintenance and improvements to 11 miles of Town roads, snow removal and ice control for 43.3 lane miles of roads. Some responsibilities of the Highway Department includes maintenance of town equipment, mowing roadsides, drainage and ditch control, installation and maintenance to street signs, street sweeping, resurfacing and sealing streets, caring for buildings and grounds at the court house, community center, town park and (4) cemeteries. It is our mission to work tirelessly to improve the quality of life by meeting all the towns needs with the highest level of service
